You must specify the type of model from the list of services (low-poly 3D model, custom character, rig for a ready-made character in Roblox, etc.), the intended use (game, visualization, etc.) and the deadline.
- 2What materials and references need to be provided to order a 3D model?You should provide sketches, photos or links to existing models that can serve as references. The more information you provide, the more accurate the final model will be.
- 3What are the stages of working on a 3D model?Typically, work on a 3D model is divided into several stages: creating a prototype and basic form, detailing, texturing, and exporting to the required platform. The customer must approve each stage before moving on to the next.
- 4How many revisions can be made while working on a model?Usually, several rounds of revisions are allowed at each stage of the work. The specific number of revisions is agreed upon in advance. It is important to clarify that significant changes at later stages may require additional payment.
- 5What are the payment terms and order fulfillment times?After receiving references and the necessary information on the order, full prepayment is required to continue the work. Payment is made without commission through the RoboKassa service in convenient ways: Bank card, SBP, YooMoney, Yandex Pay, MIR Pay, MTS Pay. A check is issued. The terms of execution depend on the complexity of the model and the volume of work, but usually do not exceed 1 week.
- 6What privacy and copyright terms apply?All provided materials and created models remain confidential and cannot be transferred to third parties without the customer's permission. Copyright for the final model is transferred to the customer.
- 7What additional services can be provided?Additional services may include animation creation, post-processing of renders, consultations on model use, etc.
- 8What rules of decency on the Internet should be followed when ordering a 3D model?When ordering a 3D model, spam, fraud, use of offensive language and any actions aimed at deceiving or abusing the trust of the performer are strictly prohibited. The customer and the performer must comply with the rules of etiquette and communicate in a respectful and professional manner. Violation of these rules will lead to the cancellation of the order and blocking the user on the platform.
- 9What to do if the performer does not respond to messages?If the performer does not respond to messages, it is recommended to wait for some time, taking into account possible differences in time zones and the performer's workload. If no response is received within a reasonable time (e.g. 48 hours), you can resend the message or use alternative methods of communication specified by the performer.
